We decided to start this group to introduce you to the Pilates method. In our society, we tend to ignore messges of our body in order to "keep up" and " get the job done," Joseph Pilates deveoped a healing practice with the practice that the mind itself bulds the budy. At Pilates of Germantown, the premiere Pilates equipment training location in Northwest Philadelphia using new Balanced Body Reformers, a Cadillac Chair and a ladder barrel . Focused on using the core muscles controlled movement, mental concentration and proper breathing to achieve improved strength and flexibility in every muscle, Pilates will help you enhance every day activities, improve posture, reduce pain in backs, hips and shoulder and enhance sports performance and dance training. Are you looking to gain strength and flexibility without building bulky muscles? Want to improve your posture and your spirit? This is the place for you. At each Meetup! we'll introduce the benefits of Pilates, possibly host a complimentary technique such as Breema. We look forward to meeting you.
