Sunday Morning Off-Season Social Skate. 9:00am to ~ 12:00pm

Join us for our weekly off-season, non-patrolled Sunday Morning Skate. This is an intermediate level 13-17 mile, with flat terrain and hills, enjoying the scenic views of the southside, strip, downtown, northside, Oakland, Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Shadyside, Highland Park, Squirrel Hill and other areas within the city limits. An optional coffee stop is included.

The intermediate skater should be comfortable braking on both flat and inclines and manueving curbs, pot holes, etc. Some hills are involved to reach the Oakland and Lawrenceville part of town and the 13-17 miles are at a relaxed paced.

This skate is more challenging then the seasonal Sunday morning skate. The skate routes will vary each week.

This skate is weather dependant on weather conditions during the off-season months. We will skate if the streets are generally dry. Cold weather is acceptable as well. Wintry conditions of salt on the streets could affect the skate as well.
