Do you know your 3 vital metrics for your business or organization??

  • May 28, 2014 · 6:30 PM

This meeting is a thought-provoking examination of the value of metrics – “Getting YOUR Metrics Right”. You will work in small teams to identify 3 metrics for two metric analogies – donating blood and driving a race car. We then walk through the “right” answers and compare and discuss. Not only do we discuss and debate the “what” (the metric), but more important, we discuss the “why”. In a world where we measure everything and anything, this exercise is designed to challenge you to look deeply at what metrics or measures are truly critical or vital to the success of your business or organization.

Very good foundational information regarding identifying and tracking the 3 most important indicators of an organization's metrics.

I agree Nivia...maybe 90 days before it's inactive...bottom line is that it should be able to be scheduled within a certain number of days. As we discussed, let me know if you need help with locations.

Hello, can the person who scheduled this meetup let Dan and I know if they need help with location/food? I'm trying to ensure we have a meetup scheduled each month so that topics don't get stale. I also proposed that if a meetup isn't scheduled after 60 days, we may want to sunset it. Open to suggestions :-)
