8 am - 9 am + (South Courts - 16 and 17)

Learn tennis basics from the ground up or, learn more advanced shots, footwork and tennis strategies.

BEGINNERS

• Tennis grips (Forhand and backhand)
• Ready Tennis
• Basic Footwork
• Pilates and ZenTennis muscle memory drills

• Includes tennis racket rental for free.

AMATEURS

• Advanced tennis basics (Grips, footward, etc.)
• Power, spin and control tennis
• Other skills and drills + Q&A

Parking is free until after 9 am, so park carefully. There is free parking on the EAST side of the tennis courts.
