Barry Druxman Demos the Pentax 645Z and Profoto Battery Powered Lighting

Samy’s Camera sponsors an evening in the desert showcasing the Pentax 645Z and Profoto Battery Powered Lighting.

Renowned fashion, beauty and celebrity photographer Barry Druxman (MM# 2484) will demonstrate the new Pentax 645Z 50Mp CMOS medium format camera and the latest battery powered lighting from Profoto, the B1 500 Monolights and the Off Camera Flash B1 250.

Factory reps from Profoto and Pentax will answer all questions and help demo the equipment. Attendees will have the opportunity to shoot with the Pentax on different sets with Ford Agency Model Lana Miller (MM# 3232911) in full professional make up and hair, bridal themed wardrobe, accessories and props will be provided for a professional look.

Samy's Camera will provide the first 50 in attendance with an SSD memory card to take home their images. Attendees may also shoot with their Canon and Nikon cameras using a Profoto dedicated TTL transmitter for full auto studio exposure. In addition a set of Arri Hot lights will allow photographer to shoot the Pentax 645Z with high ISO 12,800 setting to see the amazing results.
