The Art of Structuring the Deal

Hi Everyone!

Life is full of twists and turns and stuff that throws us for a loop, isn’t it? I find that’s especially true in Real Estate Investing. For example:

Have you ever had a call or made a call to a seller and found yourself stuck, wondering, “What in the world do I do now?” I bet you have … ;-)

Luckily for us, our next REIA meeting on July 10th will be focusing on exactly those issues. We will be learning different methods of structuring deals, which will help avoid losing our way and drowning our opportunities in the shadowy realms of deal uncertainty!

We are honored to be presenting Jonathan Rexford – an expert negotiator and deal-maker – who will be helping us navigate the sometimes murky waters of deal structure. There are so many options available to us and Jonathan will be teaching us ways to determine what type of contract works best for different situations, allowing us to boldly go where we could not go before! So, have no fear – after the July 10th meeting!

Jonathan Rexford is a father, husband and a business owner.

He has owned and operated several businesses in the Real Estate arena. Specializing in creative finance, options, lease options, rehabs, property management, joint venture partnerships, licensed real estate agent, licensed mortgage broker, builder, developer of commercial and residential properties with addition of several subdivisions.

As a creative finance specialist he has been able to help people sell their house and save them money in commissions and closing costs in away where it was more beneficial for them. He has also been able to help people into houses that have otherwise been not able to purchase houses.

What: Port St. Lucie Real Estate Association meeting at the Magnolia Lakes Clubhouse, located at: 101 Northwest Magnolia Lakes Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, FL.

Date: Thursday, July 10th, 2014

Time: The meeting starts at 6pm, but our doors open at 5:30. Come in early to network – don’t forget your business cards!

Directions: We are meeting at the Magnolia Lakes Clubhouse, 101 Northwest Magnolia Lakes Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, FL. The Gate Code is #6565 – You must use the main entrance on Bethany -- GPS will take you to wrong entrance!
Admission: $15 general admission, Free to former Indian River REIA members.
