This month we are combining with the Magento meetup to bring you the Magento meetup of the year! This meetup features panel members from Dick Smith, Costume Box, Acidgreen and Anchor. So come along geared with questions for our selection of Magento experts!

Panel Members:
• Paul Keen, CIO, Dick Smith (http://www.dicksmith.com.au/)
Paul Keen is the CIO at Dick Smith managing all infrastructure, development and support for 390 retail and online stores in Australia and New Zealand. He leads a cross-functional internal team responsible for the ERP, digital, supply chain and customised POS managing revenues in excess of $1.4 billion.
Paul holds an MBA from MGSM and has been a finalist for CIO of the year in retail twice in the last three years.
• Nikki Yeaman, Director, Costume Box (http://www.costumebox.com.au/)
Nikki Yeaman, along with business partner Roma Burke, is the founder and CEO of 3 ecommerce pure play business. Thatsmine.com.au, a personalised labelling company, founded in in 2001 is still wholly owned and operated by the pair. Costumebox.com.au was launched in 2007 and has grown from a garage start-up to Australia’s leading costume and party supplies retailer, ranging up to 20,000 Skus at any one time and despatching up to 10,000 costumes and accessories a day to Australia, New Zealand, S.E Asia and beyond. The pair are currently launching their third ecommerce business: Blisster.com.au, the vision of which is to be a marketplace for dancers and the dance industry. Nikki’s pre-ecommerce background is in Australian Archaeology, which has been more useful in business than it may at seem at first glance!
• James Lowe, Senior Technical Consultant / Project Manager Acidgreen (http://www.acidgreen.com.au/)
James is an agile focused Senior Consultant and eCommerce Project Manager at Acidgreen in Sydney. James has a strong technical background and proven experience developing, managing and delivering high profile digital projects. James has over 13 years experience in the IT Industry working in all stages of the software development life cycle. With a passion for technology and the web, James thrives on seeing projects through from conception to completion and onward.
• Christian Larsen, Chief Technical Officer, Anchor (http://www.anchorfleet.com)
“Anything that can happen will happen, so be ready. When things break, it shouldn’t matter!” Christian’s obsession with availability comes from 9 years’ experience in GNU/Linux systems administration and consulting services. Today, he architects highly available and scalable hosting infrastructures for Anchor’s global clients, helping developers achieve the same for their applications. Previously, Christian led the team behind the infrastructure for Testflight—Apple’s iOS application testing platform—as it grew to 100 times its previous size.

Access via Castlereagh St doors only. All doors are locked, and we will have someone waiting at the Castlereagh St entrance to let you in. Use the lower lifts to access level 11 (the upper lifts are for even level floors only).
