What we’re about

Welcome to our Meetup site! DBSA Portland is an independent chapter of the national Depression Bipolar Support Alliance www.dbsalliance.org. Our support groups are facilitated by trained peers (people living with mental health conditions). Our meetings are open to all adults who live with any mental health condition.

DBSA PE has offered drop-in support groups since 2005. Currently, most groups meet online via Zoom, but we offer some hybrid groups, too! You can find the latest details on our events calendar.

Check out our events to see the many different support groups we host andor cross-promote. There are groups for young adults, seniors, LGBTQIA+ people, the Black community, BIPOC folks, healthcare professionals, rural communities, and more! All are welcome to attend meetings listed on our page, regardless of your current location.

You can see event details, Zoom links, (or  how to register to obtain zoom links), after joining our meetup group. We encourage you to go to a meeting at least twice before deciding if it’s a good fit for you.

We hope to see you soon!
