Come on a journey that will beckon you to surrender into blissful, ecstatic joy and peace. I will guide us all into building this sacred circle together as we open to trust, to be held, to be authentic in this moment. Deeply connect in this sweet coil as we begin to soar gently into the embrace of Sacred Union.

The focus for this evening is to become exalted within ourselves as we awaken kundalini energy as a group. This is the balanced state of divine masculine and feminine within. This practice is born of the Red Left Hand path of tantra. THIS IS UNION WITH GOD ~ infinite Source of all creation with our personal chi (life force energy) and then BREATHE, ALLOW, QUIVER to flow through the chakras (energy vortexes in major parts of the body up the central column from root to crown of the head) through pure connection. The physical feeling of opening and releasing blocked energy in the the chakras can be simply orgasmic! It is called "kriya" in Sanskrit. This is also known as full body ecstatic orgasm. Once it is learned, it can be achieved through breath alone.

The journey of getting into this state of bliss-full-ness can take many turns. It may make you uncomfortable, you may cry, you may feel anger. All of these emotions are natural as the process gently rips you open. The purpose of this safe and sacred container is to hold us through these shifts and changes. Then, once we have released the negative emotions, it will bring us together into ecstatic connection to Source. But only if we are ready for it.

Whatever happens, there is no judgement here. It is a deep healing blessing. It is a process. So, it is very important to have patience with ourselves on this journey. We let go of all expectations for this experience.

As a group we work together to learn how the breath moves through the body. This helps to support everyone in "getting there" if you have trouble on your own. This is a very heart centered journey. It involves gazing into each others eyes, holding each others hearts so tenderly, and then going deeper into the magic of us.

Although we are building orgasmic energy, it is not sexual. It IS sensual. Together we will use this potent force of creation, Divine Sacred Union to send a prayer out to be manifested on earth in our own lives, in our community, for the whole world and out to the farthest reaches of the cosmos.
