F# WebApi v2 RESTful endpoint "build-along"

We had TWO awesome presentations in October, so the consensus at the last meetup was to take November off.
In this December meetup, we'll show you line-by-line how to build your very own WebApi v2 (some people call it vNext) RESTful endpoint in F#! As as added bonus, you'll see how to host it in a Windows service. We'll use Fiddler to communicate with our endpoint when it is up and running. If you spend more of your time on the back-end (like me), you'll find the sample we build together will serve you well time and time again as a starting point for new API projects.

Come to the front atrium entrance since doors will be locked. I'll have a person waiting there to let people in.
I recommend arriving earlier than 18:30 so that we'll have enough time to get through the material. We'll want to start promptly at 18:30. There is a very good chance that we will have food provided by DAT Solutions.
For those coming by automobile, there is ample parking. Take Hall to Nimbus to Stratus. DAT Solutions is on the corner of Nimbus and Stratus.
For those coming by public transportation, buses 76 and 78 from Beaverton TC (served by both Red and Blue MAX lines) have a stop at the corner of Hall and Nimbus. Bus 56 goes from downtown Portland to Washington Square Mall. Get off at the corner of Scholls Ferry and Hall, walk over 217 and continue to Nimbus.
We're working on getting public Wi-Fi, but should that not materialize, stay tuned to this channel and I'll send a list of about half a dozen NuGet packages that you'll need to follow along on your laptop.
