How much to do you like to ride and where usually?

Mostly I just like to bike for sightseeing or commuting purposes, but I also go through cycles of doing long road rides. Nothing off trail for me at this point.

Do you have a favorite sports drink / nutrition to take on long rides?

mostly I'm just a water person, but I've had enough times of getting low blood sugar to know to pack some sort of calories along.

Are you working towards any cycling goals (i.e. certain distance or to ride a certain route)?

I'd love to do the STP next summer - I've come close a few times, but haven't managed to put the necessary time in.


I've done some pretty long road rides, but mostly prefer rides in the 20-40 range, long enough for a good workout. I really enjoy putting together or tagging along on food themed rides, such as pub pedals or taco tours!
