Never tried Zumba before? Here's some information about Zumba from Studio Fit's Website:

What is a typical Zumba class like?
Zumba is a one hour fitness class that feels like a dance party. We start with a warm up then move through 8-10 routines that are simple, yet fun. The steps are easy to follow
so that anyone can join at any time and have a great workout. In the class we use the
rhythms of Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Merengue, Belly Dance, Reggaeton and even a little Hip
Hop. Then, we cool down and stretch.

What do I wear to Zumba?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. We put our arms over our heads quite frequently so do the "arm test" with your clothing and see if your clothes are still comfy when both arms are over your head. Bring a water bottle if you have one.

What is the cost of a class?
The drop in fee for any Zumba class is $5. Punch cards are available at any time and we offer discounted prices to punch card members.
$25 for 5 Classes, $45 for 10 Classes (one free Class) $100 for 25 classes (5 free classes)

What are the best shoes to wear in a Zumba class?
Zumba Fitness recommends that you wear "cross training" or "aerobic" style shoes. They provide the cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. They also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning. Please be careful with "running shoes" since they use a heavy tread on the bottom and are designed for forward movement.

Great time as always...sorry that the class was kind of intense last night.

I usually hang out by the bookcases while waiting for class to start. Hope that people make it.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
