Farewell, Dorothy Parker by Ellen Meister Actually, I have to admit that I listened to it in my car. It was a great mix of the fantastic wit of Dorothy Parker with a lovely story. I'm now listening to Carl Hiaasen's Star Island that is fantastic in a way only Hiaasen can write. Honestly, most of the books I've actually read have been less than stellar, but I'm going to be jumping into either Enders Game or Game of Thrones very soon.
I am still trying to find my voice and spot when it comes to fiction. I've worked through fantasy, y/a, romance and scifi. I really don't know where I fit in, and have found myself writing more articles, and not having the time to dive into fiction. A woman without an island right now.
Stay-at-home disabled adopted and step-mother to four. When not tending to them or our critters, I'm usually writing, or herding other writers who work for a couple sites I run.
