Positive self dialogue becomes powerful when we do it in such a way as to be compassionate towards ourselves. When we use compassion and positive self talk we become empowered rather than depressed and anxious.
We are in a time when we realize we are the ones who are going to improve ourselves. Lift yourself up and push yourself in a positive direction-making it easier to live your dreams.
This is an ongoing group-anyone can join at any time.
