It's one year since the Sheffield Positive Money (http://www.positivemoney.org.uk/) group first got together. We've tripled in size since then, so this is a great opportunity for everyone to come and meet others who believe in the democratisation of the nation's money supply. If you only come to one meetup a year, this is the one!
We meet from 6:45 for a chat over tea/coffee, then the meetup will start at 7:00
Agenda: Review of the past year, and vision for the future How to explain Positive Money in 5 minutes to a friend or neighbour - discussion/workshop The myth of Fractional Reserve Banking Open Forum until 9:00 The meetup is at the Quaker Meeting House (St James St., near the Anglican Cathedral) on Monday 29th October.
Free parking after 6:30 in the Hawley St/Campo Lane area.
We ask for a voluntary donation of £3 to cover costs, and there is also a charge of £1 for tea/coffee.This meetup is for everyone interested in how money system works and how it could be changed to be constructive and socially beneficial. Come and feel free to invite your friends who might be interested too. Everyone is welcome!
