Let's practice some grounding and fun foundational yoga on the earth to get beautiful harmony from the inside out, energetically, physically, mentally and spiritually.
No mats please! This is Down to Earth Yoga! :) Wear socks if you need to, but try going barefoot. Dirt will be held to a minimum, I promise. However, Yoga is the practice of gaining true freedom, after all. Donations accepted, practice your freedom of choice here.
