Announcing a new Meetup for Yoga Under the Trees/Ayurveda!

What: Full Moon Yoga Hike (at night)

Bring a sense of adventure and a pal and let's hike and yoga on the next full moon!

We meet just before 7pm, sign in, and leave at 7pm. (Please print the directions in advance and read the info. re. the things to bring on the Outdoor Yoga page of my website: http://www.yogaunderthetrees.com) We hike for some 45 minutes uphill, to our outdoor outdoor classroom under the moon. The yoga class lasts around an hour, then we share snacks pot-luck style, play drums (feel free to bring an instrument) and then pack up and hike downhill for around 30 minutes. We are all out by 10pm. This is a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people and safely hike at night.
