And… Celebrating our 6th year Anniversary

Welcome Everyone! Let’s have fun exploring and eating raw food dishes, connecting with new and familiar friends, support each other with our food choices! In the garden, weather permitting and there will be enough space indoors as well.

Laughter Yoga Playshop

I would like to start the Party rolling with a Laughter Yoga Playshop, which I will be leading, for those who are curious and would like to laugh! (see description further down)

Please Bring

Comfortable clothing and indoor footwear

Raw Potluck

A generous size Potluck dish to share = organic (would be good) live, plant food

- eaten in their natural, uncooked live state :o)

~ veg, greens, nuts, seeds, fruit

~ ripe/soaked/chopped/grated/sliced/blended…

NB - kindly avoid agarve nectar and other processed products – suggestion: replace with soaked/dried or fresh fruit

For newcomers, there are lots of quick easy demonstrations on youtube.

Our Meetup History

To give you a bit of background…6 years ago I had a dream of creating a rawfood community. I held my very first rawpotluck meetup on May 24 2008, in Highgate Wood and 3 of us showed up. As the membership grew and we started meeting regularly in a Hall in New Barnet…up to 30-40 of us would congregate. We would have a rawfood presenter/educator to talk and demonstrate rawfood and have amazing raw feasts!

3 years ago, in June 2011, I hosted my last rawpotluck meetup at my home. Adam took over, hosting wonder-ful potlucks, during his stay in Highgate; while I made my move, further into Greater London, to Potters Bar and I began developing my dream home on a budget. It is now ready enough to welcome you! 6 years on, from our first 3 members, we have now grown to over 600!

The house is shoe-free, so please bring slippers or indoor shoes for your comfort

Laughter Yoga Playshop
