Alexander Technique Workshop with Eileen Troberman

Folks:  Eileen has helped me learn to alleviate  severe neck and shoulder pain related to my musical performance and daily living.  I've had amazing results and relief.  I'm happy to share this opportunity with you.  See you there - Jeff

From Eileen:

"This workshop teaches you how to:

- prevent pain and repetitive stress injury
- reduce performance anxiety
- have freer use of your arms and faster finger/hand coordination by enabling your body and hands to work seamlessly together

- sit or stand easily and comfortably while singing or playing your instrument

- improve musical tone and enhance skill level for vocal and instrumental performance by learning how to use your body to achieve optimal skill.

Eileen Troberman has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 30 years. In addition to her private practice in Encinitas, California, she has taught in the music departments of UCSD and SDSU and has given many workshops and master classes around the world. Her specialty is teaching musicians."

Very informative and accessible. Wonderfully delivered. I learn more every time I talk with Eileen. Thanks so much for an education and practical workshop.

Jeff & Eileen. I am so sorry that I will miss this workshop. I have been fighting sinusitis ever since the Santa Ana hit. I'm afraid that I would be too much of a distraction if I attended.

Be sure to bring your instruments to the Alexander Technique workshop, Sunday, May 4, 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM in Old Templar's Hall - Poway Park. There's still room for a few more musicians and vocalists. I hope to see you in the Circle! Janice PS: Here's Jeff Bertino's recommendation: "Eileen has helped me learn to alleviate severe neck and shoulder pain related to my musical performance and daily living. I've had amazing results and relief. I'm happy to share this opportunity with you."

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
