Projection Practice and the basics of astral travel

To achieve this we will mostly be using the color spectrum. This class will also go over astral projection and how it is no where near as complicated to do as they make it sound.

Please come WELL RESTED to this class as it is very energy intensive and requires a bit more focus than our more general classes. If you have any ?s or concerns feel free to let me know, I look forward to seeing you all there :)
