My wife and I started this group as a way for adults, children and families to become more acquainted with the Chinese culture and to learn/practice Chinese.
We also run a play group for kids to practice/learn/speak Chinese on facebook here: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=147087983855&re...![]()
We hold meetings at restaurants, tea shops and coffee shops for adults who want to practice their Chinese. We focus on practicing Chinese versus talking about Chinese things in English.
My wife taught Chinese for Providence University for 8 years.
We'll meet at 7 Cups Denver Tea House and learn to order Chinese tea. 7 cups is a beautiful Chinese tea house here in Denver. They are experts in all things tea:) They have a wide variety of tea and some tea sets as well.
As usual we'll prepare a short lesson and then we can relax and practice speaking Chinese. We'll break up into groups according to level. Read more
