I’m creating a workshop series focused on the art of a life devoted to the practices supporting happiness, balance, and personal growth. I’m inviting you to come in on the ground floor of this endeavor, which essentially will involve a little life experiment for you. Here’s how the experiment works.

At the beginning of the workshops you’ll be asked to identify for yourself the problems or challenges you’re focused on right now. Then, for the duration of the workshops, you’ll be asked to sort of set those aside and stop trying to solve them. Instead, you’ll engage in (and track) a series of practices that will be focused on raising your spiritual vibration. As we go through the workshops over a period of weeks you’ll be asked to assess whether and how the practices change your experience of your life and, in particular, the challenges you’re working through.

When we meet I’m going to introduce you to a little bit of theory and a lot of practice. Some of the practices will be harder, others more fun. As a group we’ll support one another in our exploration and execution of those practices.

This workshop series is intended for people not only truly interested in changing their experience of their lives but willing to put the time and energy into making it happen. It will involve a lot of “practicing,” but I can tell you as someone who wakes up at 4:40 a.m., gets home at 6:00 p.m., and has only a few hours at most each evening of “free time,” that the practices are doable even for the busiest soul.

This meetup is open to others outside this group. We have about 7-8 people already signed up outside this group. The first meeting is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 25, from 9:00-10:30 a.m., but I'm going to check in with everyone's schedules before finalizing, so this may change.

If you’re interested in but unsure about participating, you can go to the first workshop and then decide after if doing the full program is for you. If the Saturday date doesn't work for you, you can still sign up but let me know the date is a problem and then we'll see what can be coordinated.
