Kelly Hoey is the Chief Marketing Officer at Cuurio, an index of startups and an ideation platform that connects brands with emerging technology to create breakthrough partnerships. She is an angel investor (Philantech, Levo League, Hullabalu, Glimpse, Loudly, SQL Vision, Flow Search Corp) and is active in the startup community as an accelerator mentor (ERA Accelerator, StraightShot. Tampa Bay WaVE), startup advisor (Rchery, BFF), board member (Glimpse), and thought leader.
Kelly moderates the "Meet The Innovators" speaker series at Apple. In 2011, Kelly co-founded Women Innovate Mobile (WIM), the first tech accelerator program for mobile tech startups with gender diverse founding teams. According to Fast Company, she’s one of the smartest women on Twitter, Business Insider listed her as one of 100 women in tech to follow on Twitter (@jkhoey) and her personal favorite, is being listed by Forbes as an"up-and-comer" at age 48.
Stephanie Cohen is a partner in McCarter & English's Intellectual Property/Information Technology Group. Associated with the Firm since 1998, she is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in various industries including the apparel, footwear, accessory, finance and biotechnology industries. Her practice focuses on trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, trade secret and copyright litigation, and global anti-counterfeiting. Ms. Cohen regularly represents clients in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York, and other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
