Pedalers Club Meeting

Come to the monthly club meeting at our “clubhouse” which is held every month except for December and August, at Roundtable Pizza. Social hour is at 5:30pm and the meeting starts at 6:30pm. Come early and have dinner with friends, or if you are just checking the club out, come to make new friends. Topics include: nutrition, training tips, presentations on touring rides, etc. Look forward to seeing you there!!

John Clevenger's Cycling in Northern Italy - Bordered by France to the west and Switzerland to the north, Italy's Piemonte (Piedmont) region and Lakes District offer an assortment of splendid scenery and fascinating history. Here, among fertile valleys of the Po River, the Kings of Savoy built castles and fortified cities to protect wine merchants from marauding pirates, and Count Camillo Cavour first introduced the idea of a unified Italian state. It was an ideal destination for cyclists, combining the best of Italian and French cuisine and wine with scenic pedaling through rolling hills dotted with vineyards and castles.
