Back by popular request, this class is an introduction to the key concepts of Lean Startup.

If you're already familiar with Lean Startup, this is a great class to send your friends, colleagues, or boss who just don't get it. Just send them over, and we'll do all the work!

Lean Startup methodologies are taking the start-up world by storm, and more and more companies are now looking to deploy lean processes. With its applicability to pursuing new product opportunities in existing organizations, it's something any product person can't afford to ignore.

Like any new methodology, Lean Startup can at first seem confusing. This class will clearly explain the jargon, and hone in on the core principles and tenants of Lean Startup. Things like MVP, Build-Measure-Lean, validated learning and customer development will be demystified, and fit with Agile will be discussed, with practical examples provided to illuminate key concepts.

We'll discuss the core principles of Lean Startups, and their applicability to product management in existing organizations.
