Lean Startup methodologies are taking the start-up world by storm, and more and more companies are now looking to deploy lean processes. With its applicability to pursuing new products, it's something any product person can't afford to ignore.
The Lean Startup methodology is focused on achieving results efficiently by leveraging the scientific method to achieve product-market fit. You create a Minimal Viable Product and constantly run tests to systematically (in)validate assumptions to create traction for your new product idea.
