Successfully managing a team can be quite overwhelming and often times completely draining. Even though you may be a great engineer that doesn't always mean that you are prepared to be a great manager.
During this workshop, the Founder of The Giant Pixel, John Cwikla, will discuss the hard and soft aspects of managing.
