MEETUP THEME: PRIORITIZATION

Prioritization is arguably the most important aspect of Product Management, and we’re opening a chapter of ProductTank Singapore with this theme.

We will explore the aspects of prioritization of products and features from two different angles: business- and user-centric.

SPEAKERS AND TALKS

#1 Graham Kennedy (https://linkedin.com/in/grkennedy): "We are all revenue officers: Determining product value for executive stakeholders."

Graham's spent over 10 years building and leading cross-functional product teams. Currently, he is the Head of Product at TradeGecko. He previously led Product at Clio, a leading North American SaaS and mobile offering for legal practice management. He enjoys sharing and learning about strategic product management: pricing, ROI, customer acquisition, and finding product/market fit.

#2 Coleman Yee (https://sg.linkedin.com/in/colemanyee): "Prioritising your product with UX-tinted glasses"

Coleman is a UX consultant who has worked with agencies, startups, and big, hairy organizations on apps, websites, and intranets that are far too complicated. When it comes to writing his own bio, he takes things too seriously.
