Our ProductTank on Wednesday 20 April will be about "internationalisation and localisation", looking at how best manage products for different markets and users.

This month's speakers:
Christian Miccio (VP Product at First Data) & Kana Butkovic (Programme Director at First Data)
Christian and Kana will walk through their framework for launching a product in multiple countries. They will give us a good flavour of the different aspects involved in internationalisation, providing a starting point for when you need to roll out a product internationally.

Rahel Bailie (Chief Knowledge Officer at Scroll LLP)
Rahel will concentrate on how to tailor content to different markets. There is a risk of addressing content translation last when developing products and Rahel will talk about how to best create localised content, explaining how content fits into the product development process.

SiQing Lin (Product Lead at TUI Group)
SiQing will be talking about the endeavour that TUI have taken on in the "TUI Mobility Hub"; building native mobile applications for all TUI markets centrally. She will explain this central development approach, looking at some of the challenges encountered and lessons learnt developing multi national apps.
