Yin and Yang with Dana

This class is a meditative combination of passive (Yin) and active (Yang) poses, mindful breathing, and slow flow yoga… Cultivating the quality of inner stillness. It’s the perfect way to start out your week with a de-stressed, centered mind and relaxed body. All props provided.  Appropriate for all levels.
