Welcome to the Property Management for Philadelphia Real Estate Investors (“PMPREI”).
The PMPREI is a new group of local Philadelphia based property owners who want to learn state of the art "best practice" property management for their real estate investments. Through this knowledge and education PMPREI members are achieving hassle free management of their properties and improving cash flow and long term wealth.
We will teach a wide variety of topics related to property management including how market for tenants, lease issues, security deposit issues, tenant relationships and many other topics to allow you to improve your property management skills. We also have special guests come and speak at meetings to enhance your learning experience.
We also welcome input from members on upcoming meetings and topics. Meetings are fun and casual and we encourage networking and questions during meetings.
