Calling all foodies in U.C. -





Vicarious Gourmet is a place where we can get together and enjoy what we love most:


 tongue-meltingly delicious food. 





 But there's an even larger purpose than that.  Through interactions with other foodies and


 food experts from all over the county, we can increase our own "gourmet I.Q."  Your palate


 will grow as you try new foods and seasoning combinations, and your recipe book will


 always have a backlog of new ideas to try. 





 Together with our own exclusive Vicarious Gourmet events, we also post details for other


cooking classes and foodie events that are going on in the area.  We want you to have


 as many varied opportunities for foodie fun as possible!  Just check the meeting details to


 see the RSVP requirements for each event - some are free, some charge a fee, but all are


 educational. 





 And if you know of a local cooking class that's not listed on the site yet, just email the


 organizers to let us know.
