The cost is $25 per person, which is seriously a steal. Yes, you do get fed! But you do have to call in to reserve your spot. The restaurant's number is 801-756-7993.
Chef Todd is not only a ball to watch, he is also an extremely skilled chef that can communicate complex ideas in a way that's easy to understand. (I should know, because he was one of my UVU instructors!) Even if you're down south of Provo, it's definitely worth the field trip to Highland to check him out.
