PS There are two main doorway of Healing:

1. We change, we grow, we learn, we create, we are new. This is the soul-level healing: our continual life journey, in our body, relating in this reality.

2. We experience our True Wholeness; we notice who and what we really are, already; we allow ourselves to be ourselves as spirit in this world: Complete, Beautiful, Capable, Masterful, Love. This is the spiritual-level breakthrough: we allowing our Light to shine, and the heaviness/darkness of our everyday conscious reality is not.
