Evening Hike at Powder Canyon (Easy)

Avoid the heat and come out for a pleasant evening hike in beautiful Powder Canyon. We'll be hiking the Powder Canyon trail for an easy 1.7 mile loop. The Powder Canyon trail is a majestic oak woodland located in the hills adjacent to the city of La Habra Heights. Powder Canyon hosts some of the Preserve's lushest trails with a stunning canopy that makes you feel far from home. This is a great hike for families and seniors as well as us plain old nature lovers. Powder Canyon is frequented by horseback riders so we may even get a few glimpses of a horse or two or even get chance to meet one. Powder Canyon is dog friendly. Hike will end approximately at sunset.
