This is a community site to share health insights that we have learned over the years. We are all experts on aspects of health, illnesses or our recovery. We can agree that we are not short of information but the "know how" to put it all together and the community to help us keep healthy and focused.
My professional background is in Nursing and since 2003 I have focused on preventative health. I am beginning Tobacco Cessation classes in Marlborough MA mid October and I would encourage the tobacco users to connect with some of the meet up classes that will be posted over the coming months.
You could be tobacco free by Thanks Giving. Now that's something to be thankful for!
