Visualization - The unsung hero in your Agile journey

In our Agile journey,, while it is great to focus on mastering various Agile frameworks and practices, understanding the Agile principles and internalizing Agile values is an even more important aspect which gets ignored at times. For example, "visualization" does not get the required attention.

This workshop-style meetup will be about experimenting with various visualization techniques to improve team’s collaboration and communication. These visualization techniques enable transparency by making information visible to everyone and expose bottlenecks / challenges.

This meetup will be a perfect place to share our experiences working with various visual indicators and will be an opportunity to add new ones in our tool box.
