Topic: Adopting Agile or Transforming our Way-of-Working?
When we talk about working in an agile way, it is interpreted differently by different people. Regardless of the methodology we follow, many would agree that for a particular methodology to be agile, it has to follow the Agile Values and Principles as outlined in the Agile Manifesto (agilemanifesto.org (http://agilemanifesto.org/)). Yet, many of us struggle to apply these values and principles in our software development projects.
We of course start with adopting many of the Agile practices, but after a while we find out that we are not getting the desired outcome. This meetup will attempt to understand why adopting the Agile practices alone won't lead us to transform our way-of-working. It will further help us understand what it takes to apply the Agile Philosophy to our day-to-day life, personal as well as professional.
