Coursera Intro to Databases

  • June 20, 2014 · 6:30 PM

Meet up once a week on Friday evenings as we make our way through the Intro to Databases course by Jennifer Widom on Coursera.

This is not a python class, but a more theory based course, that will give an overview of databases, and include learning some SQL. You can read more about the class, why you should take it, and sign up here: https://www.coursera.org/course/db

There is not an active session for this class scheduled, so we will be doing it as self-study, but following a past course schedule for pace.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
