Looking for a gentle yet effective exercise?

Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years. It's similar to Yoga. It increases the range of motion, flexibility and mental clarity.

A small example: while breathing, imagine your palms are gathering good energy from nature and bad energy is removed. Your body has self healing abilities. The exercise brings them out.

You'll especially love the Wild Goose Qigong which imitates a bird with Its fluid dance moves. It's gentle to the body and fun.

The free weekly class is sponsored by San Francisco Public Library. It is suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Bring your children, parents and grandparents to practice together.
