Meet with other local people who are interested in learning Qi Gong, a Chinese healing art, sometimes referred to as a moving meditation, practiced for longevity, healing and self cultivation. Qigong provides a means of directly accessing the natural healing energy that already exists within ourselves. Other benefits include an increase in mental clarity, creativity and intuition. Drop in to our ongoing practice group at the Riverside Church, 91 Claremont Ave. every Tuesdays at 6:30-8:30 PM. Call (347) 482-2030 to confirm. (take #1 Broadway local to 116th Street) We have begun our qigong practice sessions in the park.

The Tuesday Qigong Meetup group has regular attendance of about 3 to 7 people. We can only accommodate up to 5 additional participants per session. You can also register by calling (347) 482-2030 to confirm.
