Quantified Self Microbiome, Sex Tracking, Brain Sensing Headband and More!

Hi guys,

The Montreal Quantified Self Meetup is inspired by the Bay Area Quantified Self meetup and the Quantified Self blog. It's a regular show and tell for people who are tracking data about their body and conducting their own personal investigations and research into their bodies, minds, and selves. Anything is game -- from personal genetics to ways to digitize and track information, from how to self-diagnose to how to self-experiment with data and statistics.

Our first event in a while is only a week away. We will be welcoming mr. Francois-Joseph Lapointe which was one of the talkers at the QS15 conference and a teacher at UDeM which will come to talk about his experiments with the microbiome sex tracking overall.

Yannick Roy, founder and Organizer of BCI Montreal (http://bcimontreal.org/) will be there to present the Muse Headset (http://www.choosemuse.com/)

We are also awaiting confirmations of a few other participants which will share the stage on that come back night. We will update as we can get those.

Please come as the most interest we get from you guys the most interesting it will be to schedule events in the future.

Le groupe de quantitifcation de soi Montreal est un groupe visant à rallier en commun les gens intéressés à l'acquisition de donnée sur notre biologie. Le mouvement fait partie d'une communauté mondiale et est encore très émergeant mais fait beaucoup d'adepte et bénéficie du monde des technologies qui atteint chaque jours de nouveaux niveaux.

Notre premier événement prendra place dans un peu plus qu'une semaine. Pour L,occasion, nous aurons l'honneur d'acceuillir Mr. Francois-Joseph Lapointe qui était l'un des présentateurs au QS15 ainsi qu'un professeur à L'UDeM qui viendra nous parler des ses expériences avec les microbiomes et avec le sex-tracking.

Nous attendons également des confirmations de quelques autres participants qui partageront la soirée. Nous mettrons à jour que les informations au fur et à mesure qu'elles nous seront confirmées.

Plus vous montrerez plus d'intérêt, plus il sera facile et intéressant de notre côté de récidiver dans le futur alors venez en grand nombre!
