I'm using my Fitbit very consistently to get a handle on exercise and sleep patterns. I have been using meal-tracking tools on and off. Currently evaluating other tools for data collection and processing. I'm particularly interested in passive collection of health-related information. Secondarily, I collect a large number of photographs and use a variety of technologies for gathering notes and information, such as LiveScribe.
I'm generally a very undisciplined and unorganized sort of person, so I rely on a variety of systems and tools to help me stay focused and prioritized. I think of Quantified Self as a method of augmentation, so that I can focus on what I do well and let other tools / agents take care of the rest for me.
