It was a great meeting yesterday! Glad I found some peers to talk to about tracking and other interesting things, like habits and flow.

Looking forward to the next one!

    Ciao!

Despite arriving a bit late I had a great time, as always, thanks to all of you who showed up!

PS: for the curious who were not there and related to my previous question, we briefly touched on it but it seems so far nobody is tracking flow despite most being sure it is very positive, even maybe deeply related to happyness. Maybe something to explore for next meetups.

Is anybody measuring the amount of time per day she or he experiences flow (cf http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_(psychology) ) and if so, did it help to make those moments more frequent? longer? even more efficient?

The concept of "Flow engineering" through computer games http://www.evolutionarymanifesto.com/games.html made me wonder.

Please take a minute to share your thoughts even if you haven't try that yet :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
