Really good discussion on David Watkin's video of slit experiment

why not consolidate our meetups with David Watkinson's All Reality Study Group which meets in Santa Monica. He mentioned at the last meeting he had suggested this himself.

    (1) If we want our Quantum Physics Discussion Group to survive we must make a serious effort at this and then probably at our next meeting, to find a strong enthusiastic dedicated leader (or leaders) who can devote whatever time and effort that may be necessary to plan, coordinate, guide, spearhead and provide communication for our group. I believe that we all have a passionate thirst for knowledge and understanding, and without continued leadership of the kind that Vanessa has so skillfully provided, our group may prematurely, sadly and unneccesarily accelerate down the inglorious path of of entropy. (2) I'm very anxious to see David Watkinson's animation that helps to explain the "Delayed Choice Quantum Eraser," because while I know it's both an important and intriguing concept scrutinizing how we perceive the most mystifying aspects of quantum phenomena — I simply don't understand it at all.

I'm not able to be there today but I really hope that all of you who do show up will find a way to continue this exceptional group - looking forward...

I’ll bring a projector today for anyone to use. I’m hoping I’ll be allowed to use it to show a 6 min. clip of my animation explaining the ground-breaking physics experiment, The Delayed Choice Quantum Eraser. I created the animation as part of a project that I’m doing in my spare time. (My full time job is running the computer graphics department for a popular network television show.)
I’d like to show the clip because I’m hoping to video anyone who has a comment or a question for the creator of the experiment, Dr. Marlan Scully, who is simultaneously an optical quantum physics professor with a lab at Princeton, Texas A&M, and Baylor universities. Since he invited me to visit with him and his team at TAM, I will be showing the clip and your comments to them and hopefully many others via the Internet.

I’m also involved with another physicist who is proposing a variation of the Double Slit Experiment that is explained in a 13 min. clip that I’d also like to show, if possible.
