The Art of Aromatherapy

Please visit our sponsor for information on the 2014 Holistic Health and Healing Expo October 18th and 19th in North Olmsted

I normally do not do these so close together, however with the last meetup I posted the wrong time, and half the class showed up with only 30 minutes left. This time, we are doing the class in the morning before Goddess Elite opens.

This presentation takes participants through the basics of aromatherapy. This is a fast paced “hands on” class in which participants will experience 17 different essential oils. You will learn how to:

Stop the itch from insect and spider bites, as well as make a natural insect repellent

Help burns, psoriasis, and eczema without medication

Make a blend that will help you sleep or give you energy

Improve your love life

Drain sinus congestion

Assist with fibromyalgia, arthritis, PMS, and depression

Relieve headaches including migraines and cluster headings

Remove plantars warts and relieve cold sores

Reduce stress and tension And much more

Discussion Covers:

The uses of each of the essential oils and what issues they can help with

How to use the individual oils for the objective in mind

Basic blending techniques

What aromatherapy is and how it works

The history of aromatherapy including case studies

Misconceptions about aromatherapy

Safety precautions and how to handle essential oils

This presentation is designed to be interactive, so please come prepared to share your experiences with essential oils, and to ask your questions.

The presentation is lead by:

Rev. Hank Setala is a graduate of the School of Healing and Prophecy, and on the Board of directors at Fellowships of the Spirit. In addition to his gifts as a Healer and Medium, he is a certified Aromatherapist, recognized by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy and uses oils from Natural Options Aromatherapy, which are currently being used at the Cleveland Clinic, in their Oncology department.

Hello, I'm Nicole. I'm very excited to meet this wonderful group of people and expand my knowledge of Aromatherapy. Does it start at 9:30 or 10:30?
