Some of you have asked me about the binaural beats audio recordings that I use for meditation. I've mentioned them at some of the meetings.I use mostly the theta audio. I think the delta is new. I'll try it and let you know.

Here is a link to download the MP3 files for f.r.e.e.
<http://www.jetcityorange.com/meditation/binaural-beats.html>

There are a total of ten audio files, each is 10 minutes long.
* high beta, 25 Hz
* mid beta, 20 Hz
* low beta, 15 Hz
* high alpha, 12 Hz
* mid alpha, 10 Hz (the Berger's wave or Berger Rhythm)
* low alpha, 8 Hz
* high theta, 6 Hz
* mid theta, 5 Hz
* low theta, 4 Hz
* delta, 2.5 Hz

Once the files are on your computer, you can use programs such as iTunes or Windows Media Player to put them onto an MP3 player or burn them to audio CD.

If you have trouble with any of this, but would like to get the files, let me know and I can arrange to get you an audio CD.

DO NOT use these audio files while driving!!!
