Hi Imagineers,

Most, if not all, of you have heard of meditation.
Many of you may already meditate.
Some of you may have been in the habit of meditating regularly in the past, but have fallen out of the habit when life got in the way.

We will discuss meditation and the beneficial aspects of it; how you can do it quickly, in only 5 minutes every day, and receive all the benefits of meditation.

For those of you who do meditate regularly, we will be experiencing some different types of meditation.

Both of the them have free demonstration versions of their products.
