The mission of UWS/QSEPC is to promote in the community and school system attitudes and practices that are inclusive to persons with disabilities, who are culturally and linguistically responsive to diversity. Ensuring that parents are knowledgeable of their rights and responsibilities under the Individuals with Disability Education Act “(IDEA”) and other statutes and regulations.
