Welcome to RBC Moms Group!!

Do you want to meet other moms who live right in your neighborhood? Whether you're a stay-at-home or working mom, this is the group for you. Our goal is to participate in fun activities with our kids while meeting other moms in the Ranch at Brushy Creek Neighborhood. The purpose of this group is to help create a network of neighbors who can get together based on their preferences. The benefits? Get out of the house, take turns hosting a playdate, meet up with other moms for lunch, brag about your child's latest achievements or get advice with your most recent parenting struggle. Most importantly though, we are about creating a greater sense of community!

Choose a group based on your children's ages and whether you work or are a stay at home mom. Groups will rotate between houses but once a month groups are encouraged to participate in a "field trip" type of activity suitable for their range of ages. This is a group that needs and requires involvement of each member. Play dates will rotate among all members and each activity will be "hosted" by a different member (or members).

EVENT CHANGES:
Sometimes events need to be canceled due to weather or an event coordinator's child being ill. We recommend that you check the morning of the event to make sure it has not been canceled, rescheduled or the venue hasn't changed for some reason!

ATTENDANCE:
Since we want to encourage face-to-face meeting, we ask that you make at least one event every three months. This makes sure we have active and participating members. All non-participating members will be removed.

RSVP’S:
Please do not RSVP until you are sure of your attendance. If your plans change (as happens often when children are involved), please update your RSVP accordingly. Thanks so much for your support and understanding.

GROUP GUIDELINES:
Members are required to submit a completed profile with a current photo of the mother to ensure the safety of all our group members. Those requests made without profiles or photos will be declined. We ask that you attend an event within the first two months of signing up so you can get a feel as to whether this is the right group for you. We then ask that you attend an event or at least visit the message board once a month. This lets us know you are still an active member. Vacations, sickness, etc. are always considered. We are as dynamic as your participation and involvement.

General Guidelines are located in the 'FILE' section on the left hand navigation on the main page. Please read them over upon joining. These are put in place to help the group run smoothly and we all appreciate following suggested guidelines.
